Haight Street 1968

Awwww, cute Marmaduke-type dog.
Just trying to think exactly where this was taken. By 1968 the excitement was definitely winding down on Haight street. Summer of love was over, methedrine was becoming the drug of choice, the flower children had bagged out for Mendocino and the Hell's Angels took their place. These kids look like normal street people of the era. They'd come to the dance just a little late.
